Searching a job
At some point you need to decide what you want to do in the future. Start soon enough to think about what you want to do so that you are prepared once the time comes. Working in academia, the industry, a community pharmacy, etc. all have ups and downs, and it is up to you to decide what suits you best.

However, passively browsing open positions might not be enough. It is also important to take initiative. If you want to work in industry, take a look at the homepages and the job offer sections of companies you can imagine working for. If you want to fo a PostDoc, contact PIs of groups you can imagine working in, and also try to arrange your own funding (you can use ELFI for that purpose).
